CNB recognizes

We collect
nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

from you on applications or other forms;

your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
Information we receive
from a consumer reporting agency.
We retain
and use this information about you only where we reasonably believe
it will enable us to provide products and services to you for legitimate
business purposes.

of Accurate Information
We have
established procedures to ensure that a customer's financial information
is accurate, current and complete in accordance with reasonable commercial
standards. If we become aware of inaccuracies in our records, we will
take prompt action to make the appropriate corrections.
Employee
Access
We will
allow only employees actively engaged in the conduct of their assigned
duties, to access or use the information you provide us. CNB employees
are trained to understand the responsibility for the confidentiality
of that information and are bound by a Code of Ethics that addresses
the importance of privacy issues. Employees who violate these standards
will be subject to disciplinary measures.
Restrictions
on the Disclosure of Account Information
CNB does
not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers
or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. Examples
of circumstances permitted by law include the following:

request or authorize the information to be released.
The information is
provided to help complete a transaction you requested.
To comply with a
government agency, court order or the request of a federal regulator.
The information is
provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting
agency.
Maintaining
Customer Privacy in Business Relationships with Third Parties
From time
to time, CNB may contract with outside vendors or other service partners
to perform specific services for the bank. When doing so, CNB will require
those vendors or service partners to adhere to the strictest privacy
standards. We will not sell personal information to a third party for
the purpose of solicitation or provide personal information to a third
party for its own independent use.
